(This is set centuries before the first episode) When Kagome destroyed the Shikon Jewel at the end of the series she was able to move on to the afterlife. In death she sealed both her and his souls inside the Shikon Jewel.
Midoriko - Stabbed by the Jewel's Demon with his fang. Shadow spider demon - Stabbed by Naraku. Nagasaki Hitomi - Slashed in the back by Naraku. Kohaku - Shot by Nagasaki's guards with arrows. Sango's father - Stabbed in the neck by Kohaku while being controlled by the shadow spider demon possessing Nagasaki. Seikai - Stabbed in the throat by Kikyo using the claw of his own dragon. Onigumo - As told in a flashback, was devoured by many demons, who merged with his soul to form Naraku. His body is later destroyed by Sesshomaru with Tetsusaiga. Sesshomaru's ogre - Partially absorbed by Miroku with Wind Tunnel. Kotatsu - Devoured by his own black ink when he tried to make it fuse with his blood. Urasue - Set on fire by Kikyo with her purification power, burning to ash. Spider Head leader - Slashed by Inuyasha with Tetsusaiga. Returned as a ghost until she eventually moved on to the afterlife. Mayu - Before the events of the series (and also set in the future), killed in a fire she inadvertently started by placing a scarf above the stove while it was on. Manten - Tetsusaiga thrown at his back by Inuyasha. Vixen - Electrocuted by Hiten with his power. Toad Demon - Sliced in two by Inuyasha with Tetsusaiga (his sword). Unmother - Destroyed by Sesshomaru with an energy whip while instinctively protecting Inuyasha. Yura - Destroyed when Kagome stabbed her comb (her true form and weakness) with an arrow, splitting it in two. His head survived containing one of the jewel fragments, but was slashed by Inuyasha, destroying it for good. 
Carrion Crow - Destroyed when Kagome shot the Shikon Jewel inside him with an arrow (shattering the jewel). 
Boss of thieves - Heart eaten offscreen by the Carrion Crow.Mistress Centipede - Destroyed by Inuyasha with Iron Reaver Soul Stealer.
She was reincarnated as Kagome, and later revived by Urasue, retaining part of her soul after the rest is returned to Kagome.
Kikyo - Slashed in the shoulder by Naraku (disguised as Inuyasha), mortally wounding her. 5.2 The Castle Beyond the Looking Glass.
